This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the charitys UK`s communication with the media, playing a key role in explaining how cancer can be prevented and briefing journalists on a wide range of topical issues, from food labelling to physical activity. The post will often require the speedy translation of complex matters into crisp, easy to understand text. The post holder will be a key member of an enthusiastic team that is working at all levels to help reduce the incidence of cancer in the UK and around the world. The postholder will work closely with other colleagues from different departments, including Fundraising and Research.
